Our recruiting team manages all job openings here at Broker Connect. If you meet the qualifications and are selected to move forward, they will reach out in one of two ways in order to learn more about you and ask some basic questions: (1) schedule a call or (2) send a Spark Hire (one-way video response) link. Please note that certain positions will be asked to complete an electronic assessment as well.
During this phase, you will meet with the manager(s) of the department to which you are applying. This is a great opportunity for you to meet members of the team, learn more about the role, and ask any questions you have.
In the final stage, our hiring team will review each candidate based on the qualifications and requirements of the job. Once a decision has been made, a member of our Human Resources Team will be in contact with you.
